1. No Affiliation with Epic Games

Stashlog is an independent community project operated by Stashlog Software LLC. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by Epic Games, Inc. Any references to Fortnite or related media on this site exist purely for identification, reporting, and consumer utility purposes.

2. Trademarks and Outfit Images

Fortnite is a registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States and internationally. All outfit titles, cosmetic descriptions, character renderings, and item icons remain the exclusive trademarks or copyrighted property of Epic Games, Inc. and its commercial licensors. Stashlog showcases these visual assets under fair use principles solely to allow players to identify outfits within their manual lists.

3. Where the Data Comes From

Stashlog builds its cosmetic directory using public catalog archives and daily shop histories recorded by the community-run platform fortnite-api.com. Our current database relies on an offline snapshot compiled on November 3, 2026, which incorporates historical Item Shop rotations dating back to October 30, 2017. Although we strive for reliable records, our local catalog snapshot may miss unscheduled shop updates or recent game patches.

4. How Grades Are Made and Their Limits

Scarcity grades from 1 to 10 are determined by Stashlog's proprietary mathematical formula using Item Shop return counts, days elapsed since last availability, and historic promotional exclusivity. These scores represent playful estimates calculated against our historical log rather than verified rarity rankings. Historical gaps, platform exclusives, and unrecorded inventory shifts can produce incomplete or inaccurate scores, and these grades carry no official status whatsoever.

5. Removal Requests

Stashlog Software LLC respects all valid intellectual property rights and acts promptly to resolve ownership concerns. If you are a copyright holder or authorized representative and wish to request the removal of specific imagery from our catalog, please notify us through our website support form. We verify legitimate removal requests and eliminate designated visual assets from our live demo and application builds within 5 business days.

6. Account Safety

Stashlog will never prompt you to sign in with your Epic Games account, PlayStation Network account, Xbox network account, or any other gaming service. We will never ask for your private passwords, security questions, or two-factor authentication codes. Protect your online credentials, never enter your Epic Games password on third-party sites, and remember that our software reads only the checkboxes you manually tick in your browser.
