Privacy Policy

Effective November 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Stashlog Software LLC collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit our website or test our early access applications. We design our software to gather the absolute minimum amount of personal data required to deliver the service. By visiting our site or submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge the practical data handling routines described below.

1. Who We Are

Stashlog Software LLC is an Oregon limited liability company operating out of Portland, Oregon. We develop Stashlog, an independent outfit catalog and collection appraisal tool for Fortnite enthusiasts. We operate as the data controller for any personal details submitted directly to us through this website.

2. What the Website Does Not Collect

We do not offer user accounts, logins, or social authentications on this website. We never ask for your Epic Games credentials, passwords, or two-factor authentication codes. Stashlog does not connect to, scan, or inspect your real in-game locker at any time.

3. Early Access and Support Requests

We only collect personal information when you deliberately submit our early access request form or our support contact form. The early access form asks for your name, email address, and preferred operating platform, which includes Windows, macOS, or web. The support form collects your name, email address, subject topic, and written message. We use these details solely to dispatch application build links or resolve your customer support inquiries. Form messages route directly to our private team inbox, are retained for up to 12 months for record-keeping, and are then permanently deleted. We do not operate a marketing newsletter, we do not send promotional emails, and we never sell, rent, or trade your contact information with external parties.

4. Browser Storage and the Certificate

When you try the browser demo, your chosen outfit selections are stored exclusively on your device inside your browser localStorage under the key stashlog.locker. That locker inventory never transmits to our web servers. When you export an appraisal certificate, the graphic renders locally in your web browser and downloads straight to your device files without being uploaded to our infrastructure. Your wishlist is kept the same way under the key "stashlog.wishlist" and never leaves your browser.

5. Server Logs

Like most online hosts, our web servers automatically record raw technical requests to safeguard system integrity. These transient server logs capture your internet protocol address, access timestamps, visited pages, and browser user agent strings. We review these server logs exclusively to detect abuse, defend against automated attacks, and ensure network security. All raw server access logs are automatically overwritten and purged within 30 days.

6. Google Fonts

Our website loads typefaces dynamically using the Google Fonts content delivery network. Because your browser retrieves these font files directly from Google servers, Google receives your internet protocol address and technical browser identifiers. You can review Google's privacy policies to understand their independent processing rules for web font delivery.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Stashlog does not set any HTTP cookies, flash cookies, or tracking pixels on your machine. We do not embed third-party analytics trackers, behavioral session recorders, or digital advertising networks. Your interactive choices remain isolated in client-side localStorage as detailed above.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and test applications are intended solely for individuals aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly solicit, process, or maintain records belonging to children under the age of 13. If we discover that an individual under 13 has transmitted personal data through our request forms, we immediately purge that submission from our inbox.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, including under Oregon, California, United Kingdom, and European Union privacy laws, you hold specific rights regarding your personal records. These include the right to request access to the information we maintain about you, the right to correct inaccurate records, and the right to demand complete deletion. Because we hold only transient form emails indexed by your address, you may exercise these statutory rights by sending a request through our website support form.

10. Changes and Contact Information

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our operational architecture, hosting setup, or statutory legal obligations. When updates occur, we adjust the effective date posted within this document. For questions about our data practices or to submit a privacy request, please contact Stashlog Software LLC through our website support form.
